VinFast has partnered with DHL to optimize its spare parts logistics in Europe. DHL will manage storage and distribution for VinFast vehicle models from its facility in the Netherlands, enabling rapid delivery within 24 hours for urgent requests. Vietnam’s prominent electric vehicle manufacturer, VinFast, has entered into a strategic partnership with DHL, a renowned logistics company based in Germany. This collaboration aims to enhance VinFast’s spare parts service in Europe through comprehensive logistics management solutions, which will improve efficiency and responsiveness in spare parts delivery.

According to the agreement disclosed on Monday, DHL will facilitate the storage and management of spare parts for all VinFast vehicle models in its Holtum facility located in Born, Netherlands. This partnership will streamline processes, covering import duties, packaging, distribution, and prompt delivery, with urgent parts being shipped within 24 hours.

Le Thi Thu Trang, VinFast Europe’s CEO, expressed the company’s pride in working with DHL. She emphasized that the partnership signifies VinFast’s commitment to optimizing its supply chain and improving customer service experiences through effective solutions. This synergy also addresses significant challenges faced by various automakers in logistics.

DHL’s Etienne Kennis commended the collaboration, stating that it fortifies DHL’s role in supporting VinFast’s growth trajectory in Europe by offering reliable warehousing and transportation solutions. In addition to the Holtum facility, DHL will manage the storage of batteries and various components for VinFast’s VF6 and VF8 models in the Czech Republic, ensuring timely availability for dealers in key markets, including France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
