During an event organized by Alfardan Group, Mr. Khan expressed that the decision to invest in Qatar was primarily influenced by concerns for safety, comfort, and accessibility. He stated, “It’s very safe and it feels very good to be there,” emphasizing the ideal blend of luxury and privacy the location offers. Additionally, he described it as “home away from home.”

Recalling his previous stay at the property during a film shoot, Mr. Khan shared his appreciation for the curated dining options, the laid-back lifestyle, and the breathtaking views. He expressed enthusiasm about visiting the island retreat with his wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and their two sons, Taimur and Jehangir.

This recent acquisition follows a distressing event in January when Mr. Khan was involved in an altercation with an intruder at his Bandra apartment, resulting in severe injuries to his thoracic spine and a five-day hospital stay at Lilavati Hospital

Despite this harrowing experience, Mr. Khan remains active in his career. He is set to co-star in the Netflix thriller, “Jewel Thief: The Heist Begins,” scheduled for release on April 25.
