He purportedly seduced the young victim with the promise of GHC 2,000, which he used to lure her to his residence in Kas Market.

Once there, Boateng is accused of facilitating Hashim Zurakanini, a driver, in sexually assaulting the child. In a disturbing twist, the assault was purportedly under the guise of using the minor’s sperm for a charm. His Honour Yinigabagae Ketha, who presided over the case, found Boateng guilty of abetting the defilement while Zurakanini was charged directly with the act itself.
